The volleyball team is getting ready to face off against Ridge Point, in what could be a season-defining game. If they win, the Bulldogs will secure a co-district championship, sharing the title with Ridge Point. The game is on Tuesday, and the stakes are high.

The Bulldogs are second in the district and have secured a playoff spot. However, a co-district title would go a long way in momentum for the postseason. One of their team captains, Bailey Blackburn, expressed confidence in the team’s chances of winning the game.

“I definitely think we have a chance,” expressed Blackburn. “They’re a pretty stacked team, but any team can be beaten, and I know we really want it.”

The stakes are high for this upcoming game. Winning is the ultimate goal, but losing doesn’t have too many consequences.

“If we win, we will be co-district champs,” Blackburn explained. “If we don’t win, we would be second in district. Either way, we have a secured spot as the top D2 school for playoffs.”

No matter the outcome, the game is sure to deliver excitement. It is the last home game of the season, and the Bulldogs are ready to leave it all on the court to secure that co-district champions title.
